WHO IS SINA?
Sina is all about a love of Italian cuisine, “good food,” big summer and winter gatherings, and a love of generous portions—because when you love something, you don’t hold back! Sina is a way of life! It’s asking if you’ve eaten before asking how you’re doing; it’s starting with dessert and finishing with an appetizer; it’s being happy with a plate of “Aglio e Olio” pasta (the basics!), finishing the meal with a piece of bread. Sina is also (and above all) the name of our Nonna, who started the project and is our Head Pasta Chef. Our fresh pasta recipes are based on a recipe that’s been passed down for six generations! What could be more authentic? Sina is also about making good things accessible to everyone! By carefully selecting our suppliers and mastering the pasta-making process, we’re able to offer our dishes at reasonable prices. And that’s a good thing, because good things are meant to be shared! Sina would love to chat with you, whether it’s just a quick hello or a long conversation (go for the long conversation—she’ll treat you to coffee and tiramisu)! You can find her at our very first location in Ixelles, at 5 Avenue Legrand.

I’ve been to Sina twice for pasta, and I’ve never been disappointed with the service! The waitresses are incredibly friendly and work just as efficiently as they are quickly! Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the pasta served! I highly recommend it. Bonus points for the non-alcoholic menu—it’s great 🙂

We discovered this place on social media.
I went there one Friday evening with my husband. It was delicious! The atmosphere and service are warm and welcoming, and the waitresses are very friendly and attentive. We ordered carbonara and pasta with pesto topped with burrata. It was truly excellent! I can’t wait to go back.

The decor is STUNNING, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. The meal was exquisite! Homemade bread is served automatically alongside olives. The Burrata salad was just perfect—with walnuts, pomegranate, strawberries, and the icing on the cake… their homemade vinaigrette. Thank you for this TOP-NOTCH culinary experience!

What a wonderful experience! The food was amazing! The pasta is made right in front of you in a small workshop. You can eat in or take it to go. The staff is lovely, and the decor is so cute! It’s very clean—I highly recommend it! 😄

The pasta Bolognese is delicious—the spaghetti is thick and tender. And the sauce is excellent.
The pasta Normand is good too, but their Bolognese is my absolute favorite!
