Sina is all about a love of Italian cuisine, “good food,” big summer and winter gatherings, and a love of generous portions—because when you love something, you don’t hold back! Sina is a way of life! It’s asking if you’ve eaten before asking how you’re doing; it’s starting with dessert and finishing with an appetizer; it’s being happy with a plate of “Aglio e Olio” pasta (the basics!), finishing the meal with a piece of bread. Sina is also (and above all) the name of our Nonna, who started the project and is our Head Pasta Chef. Our fresh pasta recipes are based on a recipe that’s been passed down for six generations! What could be more authentic? Sina is also about making good things accessible to everyone! By carefully selecting our suppliers and mastering the pasta-making process, we’re able to offer our dishes at reasonable prices. And that’s a good thing, because good things are meant to be shared!
